Flower City Challenge is this weekend!
Unity Health Flower City Challenge is April 27-28. The event will include a duathlon, paddle triathlon, half-marathon, and 5k. Registration information and course maps can be found on the official web site.
This year I will be on the other side, volunteering at the race. Look forward to it!!
